WWF-Indonesia & teams in more than 30 cities

Since the first Earth Hour Indonesia in 2009, the movement has evolved and grown dramatically. 2013 witnessed a reach to 30 more big cities with high electricity consumption.

We call our dedicated volunteers Earth Hour Champions. With their consistent and determined efforts, Earth Hour Indonesia is now considered one of the country’s largest change makers with the power to garner more than 1.5 million supporters.

Keeping the spirit of "Ini Aksiku! Mana Aksimu?", a local adaptation of the “I Will If You Will” challenge, public actions and online conversations on social media are always engaging and on-going. In fact, Indonesia is the movement’s most active global participant in social media.
