KALE AND BERRY SHAKE BY THERESE KERR
This shake is a great way to start your day! It is packed with nutrient-rich delicious ingredients that are amazing for your body.
What I love about this shake is that it's so quick and easy, great for anyone who is on the go in the morning. It's also great for an afternoon snack or in place of a meal when you desire something light.
To make this shake vegan you can use Coconut Yoghurt or add more Certified Organic fruit.
There are so many other options when making shakes. I use Cacao, Mesquite and when I want different flavors, I use different fruits.
