POCOYO CHEERS ON THE PANDA IN MEXICO

Earth Hour Kids' Ambassador Pocoyo was cheering from the sidelines as the WWF panda took part in the Mexico City Cicloton this weekend.

The Cicloton is a 32 kilometre, engine-free bike route that is created once a month along Mexico City's busy streets, encouraging the use of non-motorized transport for the public.

KUMI NAIDOO TURNS BEARD GREEN FOR IWIYW

Greenpeace International Executive Director Kumi Naidoo has delivered a powerful message to the citizens of the world, as he completed his I Will If You Will challenge for Earth Hour 2012 in Rio de Janeiro.

Naidoo dyed his beard green at the Rio+20 Summit in Brazil, after more than 10,000 people personally accepted his challenge to support Earth Hour by taking an individual action to work for a green, peaceful planet.

EARTH HOUR REYKJAVIK SHEDS LIGHT ON ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
